This year the annual Salesforce user conference, Dreamforce, took many twists and turns before the actual event dates. As the Creative Director for OwnBackup, I partnered with our Director of Events to adjust and execute on an inspiring and innovative experience—in person or virtually. At the end, we had virtual sessions in the on-demand and live programming as well as four in-person Watch Parties in London, Paris, Atlanta and at our office HQ in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. While challenging to navigate all of the changes from Salesforce and dealing with the requirements of Covid, I learned a lot and had a great time designing this experience. Here's to safer times ahead!
